Stairlift Scotland featured in the Daily Mail

Managing director Lisa Melinda Barry has suffered years of back pain after having two car accidents. The 52-year old used to take anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers. But Miss Barry, who manages a stairlift company, sought help seven years ago when the pain became worse. She said: 'Having physio really helped. My job is very sedentary. I hadn't noticed but I very rarely actually moved.' Miss Barry was given an exercise routine, including sit-ups for her core muscles, yoga and stretches, which she does for an hour a week.
